Now what did she do?

I'm thankful that God knew exactly what I could handle during my "morning sickness". Now that I am back on my game, Gemma has completely gone nuts! It's like the girl was just waiting for me to be able to keep up with her. Here are just of few of the adventures as of late...

This particular day Bryce and Zane had AWANA and so we had fast food for dinner and they headed on their way. I walked them to the door as they were leaving and when I returned to the kitchen Gemma had crawled onto the table and was drinking my soda as quickly as toddler possible. I handled the situation and then headed for one my more frequent bathroom stops these days. When I came back, in a matter of seconds, this is what I found...

She is wiping up Zane's spilled drink. I ask her what happened and I get the one hand on head and other hand up in dismay, as if she just has no idea what could have caused this.

Well, here's what caused it folks. My detective skills are not to be underestimated. :-)

That brings us to the marker that she thought was chap stick. I haven't been all that concerned when Zane leaves his markers out, because she can't get the lids off.

Well, now she can!

Then there was last night. She brought me about a 4th of a stick of uneaten gum and exclaimed, "uh oh". I searched for the the rest of the stick that she appeared to be chewing, but had already swallowed. I then discovered where the gum had been left out and that 2 other pieces had been consumed as well.
And not to be out done by any prior day, this morning Zane alerted me that Gemma was removing all of the envelopes out of their box in Dad's desk. I was in the middle of putting laundry from the wash into the dryer. I stopped immediately, as to correct her for what she was doing wrong in the moment. I then cleaned up the mess. I went back to finish putting the wet clothes in the dryer. Gemma was standing next to me the whole time. As I went to shut the dryer, Gemma looked up at me and said those famous words, "uh oh". I said "what?". She pointed in the dryer. I moved the clothes around and found a blown up balloon. Lovely. I handed it to her and said, "no, no". She said, "tank ew" and went on her way.

Wait a minute...is that Gemma I don't hear...I gotta go!
